Why I Created Hey HR Lady
After years of working in Human Resources, I saw the same thing happen over and over — employees feeling overwhelmed, confused, or unsure how to navigate their benefits, workplace rights, or career conversations.
I created Hey HR Lady to change that.
I wanted to build a space where employees could get real-world HR advice without feeling intimidated, judged, or drowned in corporate jargon.
Everyone deserves to understand their workplace — and feel confident advocating for themselves.
